Living the life of keto




Assalamu alikum 

so keto i've been doing for about 37 days now and still learning the ways .. their is strict keto and dirty keto ..i've read ppl lose weight with both as every ones body is different ... i personally think im more strict keto as i dont drink any type of fizzy drinks or stuff like that i try to stick within the guide lines and what im allowed as to the mount of carbs fats and protein im allowed in a day 

As you can see im not allowed more that 22g of carbs in a day and so far i haven't even gotten to that point im always less on my fats and proteins and some days my fats are less than my proteins but even with that im still losing weight 

Their are days that the scale doesnt move at all and this is normal as i have learnt that it can stay that way but your still losing inches ... i really should start to measure myself and check it weekly 

Todays dinner for me was broccoli and cauilflower cheese with chicken breast ... but the cheese sauce or bachemal sauce isnt like the normal one which would have been flour and butter and milk .. no this one is heavy cream and cream cheese and also mozzarella cheese and its poured all over ..then on top you add more of the mozzarella cheese ... well it was delicious and didnt taste any different to the normal one  



in up and comming post i will take more about keto and what it does for our bodies ...im not a expert and im always learning ... so be safe and take care till next time
